A pre-engineered solution is a mechanical, electrical, or combined product that will be designed and set up with a minimum of time. MJ Engineering knows what components need to be ordered to manufacture it.  The components lead times are documented and costs split out for a base unit and any modification costs.  A specification sheet is available listing standard options and configurations of the product that when filled out act as a record of what MJ Engineering is supplying and will also figure out the cost to the customer.
